Q1. What is the difference between the subscription fee and message cost?
Datarize is a subscription-based service. Your plan gives you full access to all features — audience , analytics, and on-site campaigns. Message campaigns are billed separately, based on the number of messages sent × cost per channel, deducted from your account balance
Q2. What is MAU, and how can it be measured?
MAU (Monthly Active Users) is calculated based on unique browser cookie IDs collected through Datarize’s script each month. Even if a user visits multiple times using the same browser, they’re counted as one unique user.
Q3. How are the MAU measurement period and subscription fee calculated?
The subscription fee is based on your MAU from the past 30 days (D-1 to D-30) and confirmed on the payment date. Your first fee is calculated from the free trial period’s MAU. For custom sites, please contact us for a separate consultation.
Q4. Can I get a refund during my subscription?
Subscription Fee: Depending on your selected subscription plan, you may be eligible for a full refund if you make a request within a certain period. [Reference] Annual plan: A full refund is available if a service cancellation is requested within 14 days from the service start date. Monthly plan: A full refund is available if a service cancellation is requested within 3 days from the service start date. If a refund is requested after the applicable period, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the used amount (pro-rated based on the undiscounted price) from the total payment. Balance: A refund is available for any remaining charged balance. If you have any messages that are being sent out upon the refund request, the refund amount will be confirmed after the cost for those messages is deducted.
